You pay the store price for everything we buy, shown on the receipt, plus our fee and delivery. No markups on items.

Example: $400 in groceries + $100 service fee + $50 delivery = $550 total.
$150 deposit to book. It covers delivery and the minimum service fee, and comes off your final bill. We invoice the rest after we shop.

Good to know.
How far ahead should I order?
At least 48 hours before check-in is ideal, especially from January through April. Shorter notice is often possible with a rush fee.
How do you get into the rental?
We coordinate with your property manager or host for a door code or lockbox, and time delivery after cleaning and before you arrive.
How am I charged for the groceries?
You pay what the store charges, shown on the receipt, plus a 25% service fee and a $50 flat delivery fee. Orders start at $400 in groceries and supplies. We send the receipt with your confirmation.
Do I pay upfront?
You pay a $150 deposit online when you book, which holds your delivery date. After we shop, we email an invoice for the groceries and the rest of the service fee, minus your deposit.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time and we'll refund your $150 deposit in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable. If we're unable to complete your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund. To cancel, call or text (920) 957-9107 or email info@staystockedsrq.com.
Can you handle allergies or special diets?
Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, kosher-style, baby food, specific brands. Put it in your order notes and we'll shop to it.
Do you deliver alcohol?
Yes, wine, beer, and spirits can be added. Someone 21 or older needs to be listed on the reservation.
